Ordering & Payment

Who can shop at the Dunkin’ Crew Shop?

  • Anyone within the Dunkin’ ecosystem, including Team Members, Managers, Franchisees, and Above Restaurant-level staff, may shop at the Dunkin’ Crew Shop.

How do I access the shop? Do I need a login?

  • No login is required. Access DUNKINCREWSHOP.COM by entering your PC (Profit Center) Number and its corresponding Zip Code.

How does the $300 credit work?

  • Each PC is gifted with a $300 credit to spend on DUNKINCREWSHOP.COM. The gift amount is valid for purchasing anything sold on the site, including tax and shipping.

Does my Credit expire?

  • Yes, the credit expires at the end of the program year. Be sure to make purchases before expiration.

Can I spend more than my $300 credit? How do I pay the difference?

  • Yes, you may spend over the $300 credit. For amounts exceeding the credit, pay the remaining balance with a credit card if the item is in stock.

Is there a minimum or maximum order size?

  • No minimum or maximum order size applies. Purchases may be made if an item is available.

Can I place a group order for my team?

  • Yes, we encourage group orders. Our CREWSHOP charges a flat shipping fee regardless of order size, so group orders help you maximize shipping costs.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do orders ship to?

  • All orders ship directly to your PC (Profit Center)

How long will shipping take?

  • Orders are processed in Southern California. Ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states may take 2–10 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I track my order?

  • Order tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

  • We are currently offering flat-rate shipping of $9.95

Can I place a group order for my team?

  • Yes, we encourage group orders. Our CREWSHOP charges a flat shipping fee regardless of order size, so group orders help you maximize shipping costs.

Do items ship together or separately?

  • All items will be shipped together unless otherwise notified.

Returns, Exchanges & Issues

Can I return or exchange items?

  • All products are custom-branded and made for Dunkin’. All sales are final, and returns are not permitted. If you receive a defective product, contact Customer Care to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to determine eligibility for return.

What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?

  • Should you receive a defective product, contact our Customer Care to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and determine if your purchase is eligible for return.

What sizes are available?

  • All styles are available in sizes XS–4XL, with select styles available up to 6XL.

Are items unisex or gender-specific?

  • All styles are unisex.

Is there a size guide?

  • Please consult the size guide on each product page. Styles marked as boxy have an oversized fit; size down for a true-to-size fit.

Will items be restocked if they sell out?

  • Restocks depend on demand and inventory. Check back regularly for availability updates.

Are these items part of the official uniform?

  • Yes, these items are officially approved Dunkin’ uniforms.

Can I wear Crew Shop items while on shift?

  • Yes, you may wear Crew Shop-approved uniform items while on shift and you can even mix and match Crew Shop items with DCP items.

Credit & Program Details

Who receives the $300 credit?

  • Each PC receives their own $300 credit. We strongly encourage group orders.

What do I do If I don’t see my $300 credit?

  • Your credit will appear in your wallet at checkout. If you do not see your credit, email Rachel.Buffer@inspirebrands.com.

  • It is recommended that a manager or designated team member place the order for your location.

Should we order individually or as a group?

  • Group orders are encouraged for efficiency and to save on shipping. Decide as a team what items best suit your location's needs before placing the order.
